Two clocks run in every room.
The wall clock is when your people came. The practice clock is where they are in the class. GhostRoom keeps every clip on the practice clock, so the exhale plays on the exhale and the stillness on the stillness, whichever day it was recorded.

Notes to the timetable.
Read these before Monday. The first one is the room itself, not fine print.

- Everyone in the room is on camera, the whole time they're in it. The people practising, the people listening, you. A circle means being seen listening, not watching from the dark. If that's too much, the room isn't for you — and that's fine. It's built for people who are all right being seen. Not everyone in your group will want that, and the room isn't built to talk them into it: start with the ones who always arrive first.

- Nothing to install. Your people need no account and install nothing: a link, a browser, a camera. The room opens in the phone's own browser. You open it once and it fills without you; nothing to keep running, nothing to unwind.

- Your side. You need an account to open a room, and sign-up is open. Record the opening with your camera, upload the class you recorded on your phone, or paste a YouTube link. That's the opening; the room grows around it.

- The circle. The sharing circle is a setting inside the same room, off until you switch it on. After the opening, each person can take a turn of their own on a prompt you write. If someone shares something heavy, it's held the way your circle holds it: the circle is off until you switch it on, you wrote the prompt, and you can remove any tile. The room witnesses; it doesn't rate, transcribe or analyse. What's said in a circle is never exported, and our copy is gone when the window runs out.

- Who can see it. The people with the link, plus the password when you set one. Nothing in a room is public unless you ask for the room to be shown on our front page and we approve it, and even then each person's clip only appears there if they said yes.

- How long our copy stays. 30 days after the room was last active — that's the default; every new clip restarts the window. You can set it anywhere from 1 to 365 days. Nothing is kept forever, and the room going quiet on its own isn't a limitation. It's the point.

- Taking yours out: our copy is deleted: from the device you recorded on, in the ⋯ menu, or by writing to us. Nobody else's tile moves. What's outside our reach: a copy the room's owner exported from a non-circle room before you took yours out lives on their device; we can't recall it. Circle turns are never exported.

- What we never do. No transcription, no analysis of what's said. Every recording stays on our servers in Germany and never leaves the EU. Our analytics are our own, self-hosted, and set no cookie. A room opened around a YouTube link plays Google's player, and your people are told so at the door.
